All Professional Nursing and Geriatric Nursing positions require 1 winter and summer holiday and every other weekend unless otherwise noted. Current CPR certification and current valid MD license is also required.

RN/LPNPRN positions available for all shifts.
Life Enrichment Associate1- PRN position, will include weekday and weekend shifts.
Culinary Services AssociatesPRN positions available. Shifts may include weekday and weekend hours.
Certified Medicine Aide (CMA)1- Less than Part Time position for evening shifts every other Sunday. 1- Less than Part Time position for 8am-12pm(noon) for every other weekend.
GNA2- LPT positions for day shift, 7am-3pm; includes weekdays and weekends. 3- LPT positions for evening shift, 3pm-11pm, for every other weekend.

Assisted Living Homes The Woods and The Meadows
All Professional Nursing and Geriatric Nursing positions require 1 winter and summer holiday and every other weekend unless otherwise noted. All AL staff must have: Current CPR certification, current valid MD license, Physicians letter, and First aid.

Resident Services Associate (CNA/GNA WITH MT certificate)The following positions are for our Assisted Living Homes: 1- PT evening shift, 3:30pm-11:45am, includes weekend rotations. PRN positions available for all shifts. Please note that to be considered for a RSA position at Assisted Living you must also have a Medication Technician (MT) certification.
ServerPRN positions available for evening hours, includes weekday and weekend shifts.
Life Enrichment Coordinator1- PRN position, for weekday and weekend shifts

Independent Living

ServerPRN positions available; shifts are Monday through Friday 4pm-7:30pm.
Host/Hostess1- Less than Part Time position, 20 hours per week for Monday through Friday 3pm-7pm.
Driver1- Less than part time position; will include weekday and weekend hours.
Life Enrichment Coordinator1- Less than part time position, 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and evening hours.
