The residential-style, assisted living homes at The Meadows and The Woods are a comforting option for those who need help with the activities of daily living but wish to retain the family feeling they enjoyed in their own home. Services include three meals a day and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, an activities program and medication administration as well as assistance with bathing, dressing and other personal needs.

• Priority access to Brooke Grove’s excellent rehabilitation and skilled nursing care services
• Respite care to offer family members a break or a chance to check out Brooke Grove on a trial basis; minimum stay of seven days
