PFNCA Exercise for Parkinson's Class
Since Montgomery County schools are closed, TODAY'S PFNCA EXERCISE FOR PARKINSON'S CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
Don't face Parkinson's alone! Brooke Grove Retirement Village is pleased to partner with the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA) to offer exercise classes for those with Parkinson's or other neurodegenerative diseases. Classes aim to improve posture, balance and circulation whle also increasing strength, muscle control and mobility. Classes are held each Monday and Wednesday throughout the year, with the exception of key holidays.
