PFNCA Exercise for Parkinson's Class
CLASSES ARE CANCELLED THROUGH THE END OF MARCH. In keeping with CDC recommendations that those 60 and over avoid large gatherings and stay home as much as possible in order to avoid exposure to the Coronavirus, Brooke Grove Retirement Village has cancelled all seminars, classes and events for the public through the end of March.

Don't face Parkinson's alone! Brooke Grove Retirement Village is pleased to partner with the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area (PFNCA) to offer exercise classes for those with Parkinson's or other neurodegenerative diseases. Classes aim to improve posture, balance and circulation whle also increasing strength, muscle control and mobility. Classes are held each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the year, with the exception of key holidays. Participants may attend one, two or all three classes each week.
