Brooke Grove offers both assisted living and nursing care in specialized residences for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss.

Nursing and Rehabilitation
The Brooke Grove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center was built in 2000 and is home to 168 residents who require short- or long-term nursing or rehabilitative care.
