The Brooke Grove Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers Alzheimer’s and dementia care on a secured unit. The Sharon Wing is dedicated exclusively to the care of those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss.

• 24-hour skilled nursing care
